Taste of Group Exercise (CWL,RT,MB)
This sampler class combines cardio/weight loss (CWL), resistance
training/toning (RT) and mind-body (MB) exercises so you can sample our
signature classes to create a Total Body Workout.
Step (CWL)
Keep in step on an adjustable height platform designed to replicate climbing
stairs. This class may include some of your favorite dance moves too.
Hi/Low Aerobics (CWL)
Enjoy the latest choreography of this traditional dance-style cardiovascular
training. You'll enjoy basic aerobic moves to invigorating music.
Kwando® (CWL)
Introduce yourself to the world of Martial Arts with basic moves from
Kickboxing, Tae Kwon Do and Karate while moving in time to
heart-pumping music.
Kwandoflex (CWL,RT)
This class format combines dynamic intervals of Kwando (CWL) and
PowerFlex (RT) to create one knockout exercise routine.
Powerflex® (RT)
Our weighted barbell workout utilizes a range of weights that are appropriate
for all levels of fitness. Our instructors teach you proper form and the most
effective ways to tone various muscle groups in a dynamic group setting.
Straight Up Training (RT)
This class includes exercises with small weights appropriate for your
fitness level.

Total Fitness Yoga (MB)
A combination of traditional yoga postures and exercises that focuses

Aqua Fitness (CWL,RT)
This easy-on-the-joints class combines aerobics and resistance training
in the water for an enjoyable alternative workout.
Boot Camp (CWL,RT)
Sports conditioning with focus on strength, agility and speed.
Bosu (CWL,RT)
Integrated balance, core stability, cardiovascular and muscular endurance.
Hip-Hop/Urban Moves/Funk (CWL)
Hot moves from street dance and urban culture.
Reaction Cycling™ (CWL)
A mind-body journey of hills and flats that can make your heart race right to
the finish line. Work at your own personal pace and fitness level.
Ropesport (CWL)
An interval training workout that combines low and high intensity jump roping
and other movements.
Urban Rebounding (CWL)
A high intensity workout that utilizes a mini-trampoline to reduce impact
and add diversity to your exercise routine.
Pilates Mat (RT,MB)
An innovative core strengthening discipline developed by Joseph Pilates.
The essence is proper breathing and control while performing a variety of
movements isolating key muscle groups to increase strength and flexibility.
