All Crunch Members
Now Have Access to
All Bally Total Fitness Atlanta Locations
|
To better meet the needs of all our members in the Atlanta area, effective this June, Crunch Access and Standard members will receive expanded club usage privileges. At that time, we are planning to rename the Town Center, Gwinnett, Stone Mountain and Alpharetta Crunch locations to Bally Total Fitness.
Your membership fee and dues payments will remain unchanged, and you will continue as set out by your membership contract to have access to all the Crunch clubs originally included with your membership, plus additional usage privileges at all the Atlanta Bally Total Fitness locations.
Listed below are answers to some of the questions you may have regarding your membership usage privileges and Crunch club conversions to Bally.
- What additional clubs will I be able to use?
All Crunch Access members will now have additional access to all the Atlanta area Bally Total Fitness clubs.
-
What if I have a one club Crunch membership?
All Crunch Standard members at Town Center, Gwinnett, Stone Mountain, and Alpharetta will be treated as Bally Total Fitness Platinum members and allowed to use all Bally Total Fitness Atlanta area clubs, including the 4 Crunch clubs being converted to Bally.
-
Do I still get to use of the Buckhead and Parkway Point locations?
If your current Crunch membership includes access to the Buckhead and Parkway Point clubs, you will continue to have access to those 2 locations.
-
Will my membership price stay the same?
Even though Crunch Access and Standard members at the four converted Crunch locations will be receiving expanded usage privileges, there will be no increase to your membership fee payments or monthly dues in association with this additional club access.
-
Do I need a new membership card?
You will not be required to replace your current membership card. The entry control system at all Bally Total Fitness clubs in Atlanta will be programmed to accept Crunch Access membership cards and Standard membership cards from the four converted Crunch locations, Gwinnett, Town Center, Alpharetta and Stone Mountain. However, for Crunch Standard members at the 4 converted clubs a new Bally Platinum membership card will be provided, free of charge, and may be obtained beginning in July at any Bally Total Fitness club.
-
What about group exercise classes?
We will continue to offer many of the most popular classes currently available, as well as add some new Bally classes. The group exercise class schedules at all clubs will be developed to ensure we offer the best variety of classes at the most convenient times.
-
What about personal training sessions I previously purchased?
All personal training sessions you have previously purchased at Crunch may continue to be fulfilled by your Personal Trainer. Discounted personal training packages will also continue to be available.
-
Will childcare still be available?
Absolutely! The Crunch childcare facilities will become Bally Kids Clubs. A copy of the Kids Club policies and procedures is available at your club. Those Crunch members who receive free childcare will continue to be eligible for that same membership benefit.
-
What type of club improvements can I expect to see?
We are planning to refresh the interiors of the 4 converted clubs over the next few months.
-
Does Bally offer discounted Family Add-On memberships?
All current members may add additional family to their membership at special discounted rates. The price of add-on memberships varies based on the membership type selected.
-
When can I expect the 4 Crunch clubs to be converted to Bally Total Fitness?
The official date of the conversion is scheduled for Monday, June 7th. However, the Bally entry control system has been programmed so that effective June 1st all Crunch members can begin using all Atlanta Bally Total Fitness locations.
